The Madison County Employment and Training Department provides employment and training services to the residents of Madison, Bond, Jersey, and Calhoun Counties through federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds. They serve customers in their Wood River, Greenville, and Jerseyville offices and are housed in the Southwestern Illinois WorkNet Centers.
Services include, Recruitment Assistance, Job Fair & Hiring Event Coordination, Marketing & Social Media, Labor Market Information, Testing, On-the-job training (OJT), Incumbent Worker Training, and Apprenticeships
